Falling For Phoenix is the third book in Eryn LaPlant’s
Falling for Heroes series. Each book in the series so far has focused on a
different brother. This book is Rhys Hannel’s story. Rhys is a wealthy stockbroker living the
good life in London until one day it’s gone.
Needing
to start over Rhys travels to California and his brother Oliver’s home. This is
where he meets Gracen Phoenix, a woman with many secrets including her true
identity. Over the course of the book Gracen helps Rhys over come his demons
and soon he cannot imagine his life without her. Unfortunately the secrets from
Gracen’s past are catching up to her and threatening to keep them apart. Is
their love strong enough to survive? You’ll have to read the book to find out.
Like
all of Eryn’s books this one is well written. The character are believable and
you find yourself drawn into the story hoping they will get their happily ever
after. Eryn nicely weaves the characters from the rest of the series into the
story adding more dimension and depth to the plot. Over all I highly recommend
this book to everyone who enjoys a good romance.
